Shipping Policy

We at Ayurchem Products aim to ensure that you get the delivery of your order within the specified time frame. For this, we have chalked out a speedy delivery plan between 6 - 7 days depending upon the shipping location.

For orders below Rs.500/- , a flat shipping and delivery charges of Rs.75/- will be added.

For orders above Rs.500/- , shipping and handling charges shall be free.

Order cutoff time (if any): Order placed before 12 noon will be shipped the same day, and order placed in between 12.00 to 6.00 pm will be shipped the next day.

Handling time:  Handling time for order placed before 12 noon is 5 hours and handling time for order placed after 12.00 pm is 24 hours.

Transit time:  7-10 days depending upon the shipping location. (Due to the dynamic nature of the COVID-19 pandemic situation, you may facing a delay in delivery.).
Days Range for Handling time & Transit time: Mon to Sat (in working hrs) Order received on Saturday (after 12.00 pm) will be dispatched on monday.

Returns and Refund Policy

Any defect or complaints can be referred to the company’s customer care cell at +91 251 2871867 or can be emailed to us at info@ayurchem.com. The customer’s complaints will be redressed as soon as possible. The customer may return the product within 7 days’ of receipt in case of any defect by raising a complaint and returning the product on ‘freight to pay’ basis. When returning goods, please quote the – order number, your name, name of the product and the reason why you are returning the goods. The company will refund the money net off freight paid by it on such returns.

For all orders which could not be executed or refused at the destination, the amount collected would be refunded after deducting the shipping and handling charges.

Returns are not possible in the following cases:

  1. Used products
  2. Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
  3. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers, including price tags & labels.
