    • Use anti-inflammatory herbs and spices such as turmeric, dry ginger, garlic, ajwain, and coriander in daily cooking.
    • Consume lukewarm water throughout the day to assist in detoxification and metabolic balance.
    • Favor herbal infusions such as Dashmool tea, dry ginger tea, or Punarnava-based decoctions to support fluid balance and swelling.
    • Avoid high-sodium, canned, deep-fried, or overly spicy foods that may aggravate inflammation or water retention.
    • Reduce consumption of curd, cheese, or heavy dairy at night, as they may increase Kapha and stiffness.
